At MFM Association Meetings, our Attendee Management services aims to provide for a smooth experience for attendees in all aspects of their participation.  From registration to housing to travel arrangements and more. 

Registration Services

We offer a fully-integrated registration database offering comprehensive registrant tracking capabilities such as by category (attendees, speakers, exhibitors, etc.), session or workshop registrants, registration reports, complete payment processing.  MFM Lamey Group utilizes Events Interactive, providing conference attendees the option to completely register themselve on-line, including the option of returning and editing their data in a fully secure environment.  Events Interactive also acts as the database management system, meaning all attendee records our securely maintained on our system.

Our Attendee Management services cover the following areas of registration:

  • Advance Registration

We receive advance event registrations via mail, telelphone, fax and Internet.  Our experienced staff quickly and efficiently processes all registration forms received.  MFM Association Meetings can provide its clients with complete online registration.  Clients can link their website to a customized URL, which will offer attendees seamless connection for efficient online registration.

  • On-Site Registration

MFM Association Meetings provides an on-site registration coordinator who design, set up and supervise the on-site registration process, with responsibility for all registration details.  The registration coordinator will also be responsible for all report production and will submit the final registration database, including records on all registrants and final statistical reports on attendance and fiances at the conclusion of the event.  We pride ourselves in superior on-site registration services and our years of experience equips us with the solutions for any on-site registration challenge.

  • Electronic Confirmation

We provide immediate and fully detailed confirmation of attendees registrations via email immediately following their entry into our system. 


Housing Manangement

We have long-standing relationships high-level properties (hotels and convention bureaus) the world over and have taken events to over forty countries and to cities throughout the United States.  Prior to commencing the registration process, we will negotiate multiple hotel contracts to secure a suitable property with favorable room rates, negotiated cut-off dates, and with numerous room blocks and sub-blocks.  We work hand in hand with hotels and maintain records on all room block allocation through registration system

  • Venue Negotiations, Site Selection and Contracting

MFM Assocation Meetings is committed to find a property that will meet our client's demands and standards for a high-level event.  We review contracts and will negotitate competitive rates, cut-off dates, and clearly communicate room inventory and set-up blocks and sub-blocks.   

  • Room Reservations

Our integrated web-based registration system allows attendees immediate access to hotel information and to make room reservation selections which we communicate to our contracted hotels in our daily room reservation reports.  MFM Association Meetings' staff is on call to assist registrants with reservations, changes to a registration and to answer any questions.

  • Integrated Registration and Housing

Our integrated web-based registration system allows registrants to simultaneously register for an event and make their room reservation request. 

  • Room Block Management

Our housing coordinator manages inventory across all levels of room blocks and sub-blocks.  We are adept at coordinating multiple sub-blocks such as Association Chapters, Exhibitors, VIPs, Staff so that the inventory of each group can be managed.


Travel Arrangements

Our Events Interactive registration system logs travel information and the Travel CRS Interface allows bookings from the VIP flight reservation system directly into the system.
