ASSOCIATION EXPERIENCE — The client work of MFM Association Meetings, both in the United States and abroad, includes the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses' Annual Meeting, the AACSB International Association for Collegiate Schools of Business Global Forum on Management Education, Flexographic Technical Association meetings in the U.S. and Canada, the International Advertising Association Biennial World Congress in Washington, DC, and management of the meetings department of American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science, including its annual meeting, educator’s conference, and governmental affairs symposium.
GOVERNMENT EXPERIENCE - A key area of expertise for MFM Lamey Group is management of government events. Since 1996, MFM Lamey Group’s TradeMeetings.com has been an indefinite quantity contractor (IQC) with the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA), based in Arlington, VA. In that time, we have organized over 50 international conferences, workshops and trade missions and produced project research on billions of dollars in infrastructure and investment projects.In addition, the Export-Import Bank of the U.S., U.S. Department of State, and the Overseas Private Investment Corporation have engaged us to undertake event management and marketing for over 20 events in the United States, Peru, Serbia, Hungary, Jordan, Morocco, Russia, Romania, South Africa, Slovenia and the United Kingdom. The largest event we managed was the 250,000-person dedication for the Korean War Veterans Memorial, in Washington DC in July 1995. Working for the Memorial's Presidential Commission and in collaboration with the Departments of Interior and Veteran's Affairs, the White House, Congress, and the Pentagon, this week-long event on the National Mall, Arlington Cemetary, and Constitution Avenue, was a fitting tribute to the service of the veterans of the Korean War.
CORPORATE EXPERIENCE — Our corporate work includes the first corporate board of directors and investors meeting of Omega Resources Group, and a series of events for Publicis - the international advertising agency, including assignments for clients of Publicis and Publicis Live — Sanofi-Aventis, World Economic Forum, Nigeria Today Newspaper, the King of Jordan, and Young Arab Business Leaders Forum. Through our TradeMeetings.com department, we have produced our own proprietary conferences for key corporate audiences, such as the E-Security Conference for Banking Officials held in New York, and Innovations in Hispanic Marketing Conferences in Miami, Kids and Youth Marketing Conferences in Chicago, and Entertainment and Media Forums in Miami and Los Angeles.
